Services For Education Music Service is working in partnership with MAC Makes Music to review and develop a more diverse and accessible music offer for children and children people. We have designed a short 5-minute survey for children and young people and we would like your help in ensuring we gather the views and interests of as many young people living in Birmingham as possible.
We would like you to either ask pupils to complete the survey as a part of a live lesson online or by sending the linking home to parents and asking them to complete the survey with their child.
The survey does not ask for any personal data and is completely safe and anonymous.

The survey will be open through the Autumn Term and once we have compiled the data we can share the feedback given by pupils at your school and talk through next steps you may wish to discuss.
