Presenter Jane Wright and a 10-piece CBSO ensemble will deliver a performance specially designed for pupils with special educational needs inspired by the Wind in the Willows. The performances will be BSL interpreted by Sarah Butt. Pupils will be taken on an interactive musical journey through imaginary worlds, and schools will be provided with a selection of resources in advance of the performance, to help familiarise pupils with the story and create a more interactive concert experience. Performances last for approximately an hour and are suitable for all ages.
The CBSO is delighted to be delivering these performances in partnership with Services for Education, and thanks to their generous support we are able to offer FREE tickets for pupils attending special schools in Birmingham. Ticket availability is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so book quickly to avoid disappointment.
