Please find below our three templates to support schools in writing a School Music Development Plan, as outlined in the DfE National Plan for Music Education (2022). The templates aim to provide a suggested format to capture actions and subject development priorities over time.
The templates also include a suggested self-evaluation in order to support schools in identifying priorities and areas for development. We have also produced a separate template for primary, secondary and special schools along with a short supporting 20 mins webinar which talks through the document.
