Get inspired, develop your skills and perform onstage with CBSO musicians in our FREE youth ensemble!
Project Remix is an exciting opportunity for young musicians to be mentored by CBSO players, before performing in a concert at Symphony Hall. Each year, we play original orchestral arrangements based on an exciting theme. This year we will be revisiting our previous Remix themes such as video games, the music of David Bowie, Netflix theme tunes and South Asian hits!
As well as traditional orchestral instruments, Project Remix is open to those who play the guitar, bass guitar, drum kit and saxophones.
Rehearsals take place weekly at the CBSO Centre, on Tuesday or Thursday evenings in the Spring Term with the concert taking place on the 16th March 2025. Sign-ups will open at the start of October.
